For many mothers (and lots of others), coffee is what gets them up and going in the morning. Now coffee can also jumpstart policies and programs that support moms and their families. And that coffee is available just in time for Mother’s Day.
MomsRising, the year-old online grassroots organization that champions family-friendly issues like paid leave, expanding afterschool programs, educational television and health care coverage for all children, has teamed up with Farley’s Coffee to offer a special MomsRising blend in regular and decaf. Priced at just $14.99 a pound and available for purchase online, the sales of this special blend help support MomsRising’s work. Farley’s Coffee, Inc. is an independent, minority-run small business.
 
MomsRising blend comes in regular and decaf and can be purchased by the pound, with or without a copy of The Motherhood Manifesto, a book by MomsRising co-founders Joan Blades and Kristin Rowe-Finkbeiner.
