It’s 2018, but women, on average, earn just 80 cents to a man's dollar, with moms and women of color experiencing increased wage hits: Latinas earn only 54 cents for every man’s dollar, Black women 63 cents, and Native American women 57 cents. Moms earn only 71 cents to a dad’s dollar.
