To share any text, images, video, or audio with MomsRising so we can amplify your advocacy, please agree to the terms and conditions. You indicate your agreement (or "sign") by filling out the form with your full legal name, email, and zip code. 

In exchange for the opportunity for my advocacy to be amplified by MomsRising, I agree as follows:

• That any text, photos, video, audio or other media (collectively "the Media") I create and share with MomsRising, or media of myself that is created by MomsRising or its representatives, can be used by MomsRising to further its mission, usage including but not limited to sharing the Media with journalists, on the internet, via social media, and more.

• I understand that MomsRising hopes to reach a wide audience with the Media by using entertaining content and formats, and that the Media could be part of a larger project, which could be edited.

• I grant MomsRising and its employees the irrevocable right – including the right to assign or license to others the right – to use the Media, and other information collected from me, in perpetuity and anywhere, for any of its purposes.

• I agree that MomsRising has no obligation to use the Media. I agree that any rights I may have in or to the Media, are assigned to MomsRising, and MomsRising will be exclusively entitled to use, or to give others the right to use, the Media without restriction, and without my future permission. 

• I release and waive, and agree not to bring at any time in the future, any and all claims and demands against MomsRising, or against anyone associated with the Media, arising from or in connection with MomsRising’s use of the Media, including, but not limited to, any assertions of a violation of a personal or property right (including but not limited to: rights of publicity infringement; copyright, trademark, service mark, or trade name infringement; or defamation, libel, or slander).

• I agree that all of the above applies to myself and any minors under my legal custody.
