I was lucky to kick off this week in the best way possible--traveling with teens to the capitol of Washington to tell our state legislators: Women are worth more than spare change! The teens were fired up and more than ready to speak up about the importance of equal pay for equal work. Olivia Roskill, a sixteen year old, delivered the following powerful testimony.
