- End all arrests and summons for non-criminal violations in schools that push students into the criminal justice system
- Invest in and expand funding for alternatives to youth incarceration that utilize restorative justice and trauma informed care over confinement.
- Reducing/Eliminating youth incarceration
- Raising the age of juvenile jurisdiction in NY and NC
- Closing all Close youth prisons and creating alternatives to incarceration.
