Elizabeth Tatham is a wife and the mother of four. She is very involved in her community and volunteers for the American Heart Association and is a You’re The Cure Advocate at a grassroots and national level. Known as a bit of a health nut to most of her friends, Elizabeth was shocked with a diagnosis of a congenital heart birth defect at the age of 42, which required open heart surgery. With her mended heart, she has been given many opportunities to share her life adventures and the importance of living each day to the fullest. After much thought. I have come to the conclusion that it is time for some tough love at the table. Elizabeth Tatham with her husband and four children. As the mother of four, I have made it my priority to raise respectful children with life skills of self-sufficiency, and the ability to make healthy choices, and intelligent decisions, that impact their future and the future of others.
