Megan is a professional people watcher. She runs a customer experience research and strategy consulting firm; Fork in the Road. She specializes in collaborative research and design methods, guiding teams and projects to identify target audiences’ needs, behaviors, attitudes, values, and motivations for clients in the food, beverage, health, and hospitality spaces. She helps her clients identify opportunities for innovation and make strategic changes to earn their customers’ respect and loyalty.
Megan has spent over 20 years working in customer and user experience design, research, and strategy for startup companies to Fortune 10 brands. Prior to founding Fork in the Road, she was the Director of Customer Insights at Nasdaq, and Experience Strategy and Design Director at Mad*Pow, a Boston-based experience design agency.
Megan holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Gastronomy with a focus on Communication from Boston University. Her thesis was a year-long research project studying women in the food industry. This work resulted in a published thesis entitled “Measured Motherhood: The Scarcity of Mothers in Professional Kitchens.”
Megan also serves on the board of directors for No Kid Hungry Seacoast and Seacoast Eat Local.
