I was coming back from maternity leave in a couple of weeks and work and myself already had arrangements for me to work three days a week and work from home or bring the baby to work two days a week until I could secure full time daycare in about one to two months. In our town, there is only one place that takes children under two and I had been on the waiting list since I was 2 months pregnant. I was informed two weeks prior to going back to work that if I did not secure full time daycare within two weeks that I would be fired. So I had no choice but to find another job. It was very dissapointing.
