providing inbound marketing services to clients. Winning Strategies helps clients get found on the Internet via optimal management of all web assets including website, seo/sem, email newsletters, social media channels, and mobile application development.

An alumnus of USC’s Engineering school, she obtained a MS in Telecommunications from Golden Gate University, where she developed and taught courses as an adjunct professor. She has a diverse technology and product marketing background having worked in manufacturing and robotics in the aerospace industry, data product development, and sales/marketing for various corporations and startups in the Silicon Valley.

In 2004 I co-founded a digital strategy company that focuses on inbound marketing (i.e., getting clients found via the Internet). My team consists of independent contractors that work virtually throughout the US as well as in other countries. In talking with Joan Blades, I learned that we worked under a high-commitment workplace model. At the time I didn’t really know what that was.
