With summer in full swing, parents and children are enjoying more time outside, at the park, beach, BBQs and while traveling. This is great fun but can easily derail a family's healthy accomplishments. To stay mindful of the food you and your family are consuming, because junk food is ok once in a while but not every day (!), @MomsRising is teaming up with @BoksKids for a fun @FoodFri chat!
Join #FoodFri on Friday, July 22, 2016, as @MomsRising and @MamasConPoder host a bilingual tweetchat. Our guest, and co-host, @BoksKids, will join us to discuss the letter "F" for Food, Family and FUN!
Click below to spread the word and invite a friend (or two!)!
To join and follow the conversation on Twitter use the #FoodFri Hashtag in each tweet.
