My life can sometimes feel too hectic for cooking, but I really value eating healthy. That’s why I love these easy salmon and black bean cakes for dinner. For reference, I started with this recipe but ended up creating my own variation! Salmon is full of healthy omega-3 fatty acids which are excellent for brain health. This recipe calls for canned salmon, which is affordable as well as healthy. It’s much cheaper than fresh salmon.
