Kamy Wicoff is the founder of SheWrites.com, the world's largest online community for women writers. She is also the founder, with publisher Brooke Warner, of She Writes Press Kamy's first book, the bestselling "I Do But I Don't: Why The Way We Marry Matters," was published by DaCapo in 2006. Her first novel, "Wishful Thinking," about a divorced mom who gets an app on her phone that allows her to be in more than one place at the same time (the superpower every woman needs), will be published by SWP in April 2015. Her work has appeared onSalon.com and has been anthologized in "Why I'm Still Married: Women Write Their Hearts Out on Love, Loss, Sex and Who Does the Dishes" (Hudson Press, February 2006) and "About Face: Women Write About What They See When They Look in the Mirror" (Seal Press, June 2008). The inspiration for my upcoming novel, Wishful Thinking , about an overburdened, overscheduled and scantily supported divorced mother of two, came when I was reading the Harry Potter books with my older son.
