Kathleen Wilson is a writer and advocate for the educational and medical needs and rights of the disabled. Working in the Nursing Care field for 13 years before leaving for health reasons the steady decline of patient care and over all health care was witnessed first hand. A parent of a disabled child, I research into the wee hours of the morning on everything I can regarding the topic discussed. I believe knowledge and knowing your rights as a person, parent and caregiver is absolutely existential to making sure you are treated fairly and have access to everything possible in regards to education, testing and health care.
