Media Founder and Leadership Consultant: In addition to founding The Homesteadista and TALL POPPIES + Co.,  she has a rich professional background with cross-sector and industry experience - from media, DEI consulting, education, publishing, and business. She is a Majority Leaders Fellow and strategic leadership teaching fellow with UPenn's Ortner Center on Abuse and Violence.  Lisa's trained in "Playing Big" and "Soul of Leadership", a 2019 Poynter-Koch Media and Journalism Fellow, and Lenfest Journalism New Generation Grant Awardee. When not "at work", the single mom is feng-shuing the house, in deep girly convo with her young daughter, laughing with friends over a good virtual meal, with her nose in a terrific book, or making like Buddha and sitting still.
