Phoebe Suva is the Policy Associate at the National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum, the only multi-issue, progressive, community organizing and policy advocacy organization for Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) women and girls in the U.S. NAPAWF’s mission is to build collective power so that all AAPI women and girls can have full agency over our lives, our families, and our communities.
Phoebe works intersectionally on three focus areas: immigration and racial justice, reproductive health and rights, and economic justice. Phoebe is a queer, transracial adoptee who grew up in Portland, ME. She is passionate about building space within the Asian American community for other transracial adoptees. Phoebe graduated from St. Lawrence University with a B.A. in Government, and a minor in gender and sexuality studies.
