Strawberries are sweet and in season now. This is a wonderful, fruit salsa that I made for Delicious TV last year. I made one amendment to it to really make the flavor pop. This is great for the upcoming Memorial weekend and anytime during the summer. You can eat with tortilla chips, use on tacos, or eat by itself as a snack.
