- Dream It, Say It, Plan It, DO IT! January 1. We're setting healthy personal goals! Identify one or two healthy new habits for the new year. Be fair to yourself, and realistic. Making a plan can really help keep you on track! We’re excited to hear your healthy goals for 2015! And check out some tips for keeping resolutions here.
- Creating a Personal Fitness Plan. January 2. MomsRising.org/MamásConPoder staff member Elisa Batista shares four tips for getting started: 1. Prioritize your sleep. 2. Identify when and how much time you have to exercise. 3. Work around inconsistent childcare schedules. 4. Schedule exercise as you would sleep and meals. Check out her video and blog for more ideas!
- Organize to Thrive! January 3. Sili Recio of @MyMamiHood shares six tips for getting organized in the new year, including: clean the clutter on your countertops and in your closet, organize your emails and make lists. Find out more on her blog.
- Work It! January 5. Professional coach Jen Schenkel shares tips for jumpstarting your career or life. Choose 1 or 2 activities, and think of some clear and specific commitments you can make to yourself. Consider training opportunities, network events and more. More information on the event page.
- Healthy Snack Share! January 6. Come share ideas for go-to healthy snacks to keep you energized in the busy new year.
