Consumers Who Sign Up For Health Coverage By March 31 Will Avoid Penalties Under New Obama Administration Plan

On October 23, the Obama administration said that it would delay imposing penalties for being uninsured for six additional weeks for some consumers who might have had trouble enrolling in coverage through the health law’s new insurance marketplaces.
