Did you hear the news? MomsRising is on the ground here in Florida! I couldn’t be more excited to be working on issues that affect everyone in our country AND local issues that are near and dear to my heart.

We have so many opportunities to use our “outside voices” in service to making Florida a better place for our children, our families and ourselves!  

And here’s where you come in! You’ve been amazing at championing our causes and we are now wondering if you’d like to be a part of the State Moms Force Influencers!

What does this entail?

We’d like the SMF Influencers to bring awareness to issues within Florida by doing what you do best - writing about issues that affect your readers.  We’ll give you everything you need - updates on our issue campaigns both in Florida and nationally.  For example, we’d love for you to stand with us as we lead the charge in affordable healthcare (including the coverage gap), early childcare and education, fair pay and gun safety.

As a blogger myself, I know it’s difficult to juggle yet another thing on our plate. But as a mom, I know that ensuring important issues such as paid family leave, paid sick days, gun control and affordable childcare get addressed is of the utmost importance to my family and my community. We’re talking about it anyway so we might as well make it count.
