Talk about healthcare reform is everywhere we look this week. From social media, to TV ads, to the newspaper—the whole country is abuzz over the new law.

There's been a lot of positive news—like the record-breaking over 7 million people who visited Healthcare.gov in the first couple of days, and the 5,372 new people already enrolled for insurance in Kentucky. But, of course, the naysayers are still out there spreading fear and fighting as hard as they can against 30 million people getting health insurance.

We all know the best way to fight fear is with the truth. And your voice is needed to do this!

We've made it easy for you to make a difference.

Here are 3 quick things that you can do right now, as part of the MomsRising Wellness Wonder Team, to help alleviate fears and make sure uninsured Americans are able to get covered.

1. Share momshealth.org on Facebook and encourage your friends to learn the facts about the new healthcare law.

2. Find one friend or family member who is concerned about the initial website glitches with healthcare.gov and make sure they know they have until March 31st to sign up for health coverage. (December 15th is the deadline to sign up for coverage that begins January 1st.)

3. Tweet out this blog post about mythbusting health reform: TWEET NOW
