Camarrah is passionate about helping all people understand their value, find their voice, realize their dreams and live their best life. As a facilitator, she is purposeful in integrating authentic connections, continuous reflection, deliberate transparency, inspirational guidance and random fun into her work.
She has provided leadership in a number of efforts throughout Southeast Michigan while serving as Executive Director of Child Care Network, including co-facilitating central free-preschool for four counties, the early childhood component of the Ypsilanti Community Schools merger, the co-design process for Brightmoor Quality Initiative, and First Children's Finance multi-service child care sustainability projects in Detroit. She served on the data measurement team for the Flint Literacy Network and as a Global Leader in Early Childhood Development through the World Forum Foundation.
