Isabella is an Intern working with the Healthcare team. She gradauted from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a double major in Women's & Gender Studies and Sociology and a minor in Hispanic Studies. She is a dedicated advocate for women's issues and has volunteered as both a doula and a rape crisis companion. Previously, Isabella worked in global reproductive health. Currently, she is a graduate student at George Washington University pursuing a Master of Public Policy degree.

On Wednesday, MomsRising took to Capitol Hill to discuss the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). We made it loud and clear that Congress should not gamble with our kids. CHIP expired at the end of September , and Congress has yet to reauthorize the historically bipartisan legislation.
