I am a wife to a fantastic & caring husband that supports all my passions and a mother to a beautiful and smart 7 year old daughter. Our daughter was born with a life-threatening disease called Cystic Fibrosis. Cystic Fibrosis damages the lungs and digestive system. Our world is very important to me for may reasons. First and foremost, air quality and pollution is life-threatening to my daughter. It effects everything she does. If we don't have clean air to breathe, my daughter would have to live inside her entire life. Second, as a kindergarten teacher, I have seen the cases of asthma increase greatly over the last 15 years and my students live in poverty so most don't have access to quality healthcare. Finally, our planet should be the most important thing to all of us. If we don't take care of it, how are we going to live? How are our children and grandchildren going to live?
